I went this afternoon to wash off my car myself. However there was a problem with it. I called the office number. Micah was very helpful & he resolved the problem immediately. Thank you Micah! Great service!

This place is a hit or miss with water pressure, working etc. When it's good it's good. The only issue I have with it is that it takes like 30 seconds for it to switch from each cycle cleaners, ie. Pre-soak mix, to regular soap mix, to regular rinse, to spot free shine mix. So you're standing there having your time wasted, waiting for each thing to switch over so you can continue your car wash. The switchover time between is a bit extreme compared to other car washes. Time should be added onto the cycle to accommodate for this wait.

Soft touch car wash left a hazy layer on my windshield and mirrors. Thought it might be a wax solution but it doesn’t buff out and is a pain to remove. Had to pull over in the rain because it was smudging so bad.

Best car wash in wilmington. Was recently serviced and is running like a top. Good soap spread, good water pressure. Spot free mean spot free. Thank you so much, I live this car wash!

Amazing car wash, everything works and takes cards. Touchless, touch and manual washes avalible with vacuums too. Also every manual wash has a blower option to dry your car too, and works well.
